What kind food or recipe to gain muscle ?

Been in 2 weeks here.i really enjoy the exercise..but wht food or recipe to get flat belly and gain muscle?coz woman usually difficult to gain muscle..

Lots of protein . Chicken turkey. Try probiotic yoghurts or drinks too . They help keep my stomache flatter . And drink about 1.5 litres or 8 glasses of water a day . Hope this helps :-)

I have the same goal. I just started... my search told me that protein (especially hemp protein) is a good way to go. I'll keep you posted if it works :)

I'm not a girl... but I drink a lot of protein shakes. I don't eat in the evening, I just drink a protein shake after working out.

I'm a girl :p I do the same thing... drinking protein shakes are just better imo

Protein, lean sources and proteinĀ  shakes. Also don't be afraid of carbs andĀ  Eat lots of veggies
