Um well the basic one is milk, banana, and pineapple . Or 13 raspberries 11 strawberries 3 cranberries 1½apples ¼ pomegranate ⅓ orange ½banana 7grapes

Banana, persimon (adds nice puding-like texture) plus some green vegies gives some nice green smothie.

Btw. Tips for green smothies, always combine vegies with watter soluble fruits like banana, mango, strowberry, persimon, etc...

I've been on these detox waters for a bit....cucumbers, lemon, oranges and mint...not my favorite.  Strawberry and lemon with mint was good though.
