Could someone give me a good diet to go by or an idea for weightloss finding it hard at the moment!! Thanks in advance xxxx

I don't really have a diet, tho I do try and eat high in protein and low in carbs and fat. 
I can say that one of the first things you want to do is eliminate most or all processed foods and cook clean. Cut out pop and drink more water and/or green tea. Track your food, every bite! I use myfitnesspal to track my meals as it let me change my macros (fats carbs and protein).

Just cut out everything with added sugar. So fruit is ok. After this most difficult part, you can move on to step 2.
