I don't really have a diet, tho I do try and eat high in protein and low in carbs and fat.
I can say that one of the first things you want to do is eliminate most or all processed foods and cook clean. Cut out pop and drink more water and/or green tea. Track your food, every bite! I use myfitnesspal to track my meals as it let me change my macros (fats carbs and protein).
