I used to eat fast food for lunch at work. Considered it a treat...well obviously it caused weight gain. I began bringing my lunch to work 3 weeks ago and have noticed a difference already. While my lunch may still be far from perfect it is 1 sandwich (whole grain bread, 2 deli sliced nitrate free turkey, yellow mustard 1 slice of cheese) 1 bag of sun chips (whole grain) and a liter of water.
What are you guys/gals bringing for your lunch?
