Hey everyone I know some people swear by supplement and there is also people who will mever touch it. What ever works for a person works!! I personally take whey protein, creatine monhydrate, multivitamins and bcaa what does every body else like???
At one point I used to stack a testboost, and creatine...then bcaa...then pre workout...then another round of bcaa after my workout...then protein mid day after another pre workout drink to make it through work. Then protein before bed. All of this started at 2am until 7pm.
I've left all but protein and very rarely pre workout alone, but that was my stack. I put on about 20 lbs of muscle in a few months. (Of course eating like a preditor throughout and hitting the gym 6 days a week for 1.5hours minimum each day )
Protein, creatine (except not right now, off cycle right now), bcaa n eaa, pre workout, multivitamin, fish oil and something called neon sport thermo rev, it's my red bull replacement.
