What foods should be eat so we could reach our goal? Should I just limit myself when eating?

Eat smaller portions but more of them. So you want to be eating 5-6 small meals a day. You want to have a balance of food groups. E.g carbs,fat and vegeatables.

I've had not so good experience with diet... Just recommend you to ear more often, not so much and stay healthy.
