Helpful advice on nutrition when trying to cut??

So im at the stage where i am happy with the amount of muscle i have. But i think its time to cut and lower my body fat % . Any tips on what to eat?when? What to stay away from? Thanks.

Just continue your healthy lifestyle, veggies, fruits, lean meats and  protien or fiber with each meal for balance. Stay away from anything sugary and only have like 1-2 cheat days to eat bad a week AT THE MOST and u should b fine!:)

I used to be afraid of cheating days. But it really works. I keep losing weight after 1 or 2 cheat days
