So im at the stage where i am happy with the amount of muscle i have. But i think its time to cut and lower my body fat % . Any tips on what to eat?when? What to stay away from? Thanks.
Just continue your healthy lifestyle, veggies, fruits, lean meats and protien or fiber with each meal for balance. Stay away from anything sugary and only have like 1-2 cheat days to eat bad a week AT THE MOST and u should b fine!:)
