I'm planning to lose some weight and I don't know what diet I should follow....please help

Low carbs and healthy food to get all vitamins and minerals needed. Do not eat sugar, all sweets and cakes, red meat like pork or similar. Track how many calories you intake per day - just google for "daily calorie needs" calculator and you will know how many you can eat.
