Is it chocolate a good pre/after workout food?

If you're going to do a hard intensive workout, you can eat a little piece before. Useless to say, the best is chocolate with more than 70% of choco

You're welcome:) For after workout, you can ask 5 People and get 6 answers:) my personal opinion, I would not do it - better Protein, carbs and low fat. If you did a hard workout and don't want to lose weight (you don't look like that), you can eat it as reward later;-)
