Hey, what do You eat after a workout or which is the best to eat after a workout?

Best time for lean protien is after you workout. Drinks or food. If you are really sweating. Maybe some low cal gatorade.

I usually drink whey vanilla protein powder mixed with milk. Sometimes peanut butter.

I'll tuck into some chicken & pasta or brown rice - my 2 biggest meals of the day are breakfast & straight after working out as that is when I'm at my weakest

Thanks! :) I'm really happy to hear that i also can eat Pasta afterwards, since a week i eat Yogurt after a workout, and it starts to get boring :'D

Yogurt after a hard workout?! Screw that!! I'd be starving 3 minutes later! Lol. Basically your body NEEDS protein/fats/carbs to replace what it's burnt. It helps recovery and gains. Eat away!!

Yogurt with fruits :'D mh, from now i'll try to eat more afterwards and less before :) but in the moment i'll try to eat more proteins to shrink my fat, for definition.

I switch up what I eat after a workout. But as was mentioned, protein after a workout is best! After my workout tonight, I had a chocolate 100 calorie muscle milk. And then I made a salad: organic baby romaine lettuce, organic baby spinach, tyson grilled chicken strips w/ a little feta cheese & balsamic vinegar. And more water as well.

I just had a whole wheat bagel with avocado, and a hard boiled egg and some sliced carrot sticks

It depends at what time I work out, but usually I work out before lunch, so then I eat rice or potatoes with meat and vegetables or salad

I usually make a protein shake.  My favorite is chocolate whey protein and banana.  Sometimes I'll throw chia seeds in there too.  If I don't have a shake it's usually a meal heavy on protein and healthy fats.
