Juice in general tends to have a lot of calories from fruit sugars. This isn't necessarily bad, but they are calories that are very easy to consume quickly, & which don't fill you up at all.
I avoid liquid calories for those reasons. I love to eat & I dont want to waste my calories on some drink that's gone in a minute.
True but if its from fruit itself and only from fruit, I'm not worried about it.
I don't like wasting calories on drinks. So it's a no for me.
Learn to love water...It's what your body needs and indeed also animals...this has been the way for millions of years!
There was no juicers in the caves despite what the Flintstone had you want the sugary juice that encourages you to drink more due to the taste.
