Why is it so hard to eat breakfast!!?

I always skip breakfast. That thing about it being the most important meal of the day? That was created by marketing companies representing cereal and milk companies. It's totally bogus. The longer you can go in the morning without food the better adapted your metabolism is to processing your fat reserves.

You should if you want live healthy or lose weight..
At least drink milk or eat yogurts..
