I have shirt,tight hamstrings so i cant touvh my toes without benfing my knees. I also get really bad pain when i do have to stretch in P.T. i can touch my ties if i put my leg on a bench and ben my other leg but i fo it sideways. Any help?

It's all about practicing and how often u stretch
