I have shirt,tight hamstrings so i cant touvh my toes without benfing my knees. I also get really bad pain when i do have to stretch in P.T. i can touch my ties if i put my leg on a bench and ben my other leg but i fo it sideways. Any help?

You need to do hamstring stretches or quad stretches. Any stretches that stretch your calf of legs out that way you can touch your toes. You can do the quad stretch were you stand on one leg and pick up one foot behind you. Bend at the knee and try to get your foot to touch your but. You can also look up online some stretches

But keep practicing trying to touch your toes thats the best way

Check Jo Shann, she created a workout called flexibility - it's great and helped me a lot. Also every other streching workouts are good
