Whole body aches today. Especially lower abs .would BCAA'S help i know they help put back amino acids lost during exercise, woundered if they work and if they're worth the money ? :)

They help a little. Personally I don't see the point in using them unless you're very serious about the shape you want to get in, otherwise a banana would be enough. Stretching, hot shower, foam rolling are my preferred method. And painkillers!

You're welcome. Just my opinion of course, but after trying them all out over the last few years I just don't see the point anymore unless I wanna take it seriously. Which I don't : )

sleep, as much sleep as you can get. When I'm that bad i usually steer clear of the gym until I feel half normal again.

The only thing that has led to faster recover time for me was eating enough protein.  Creatine seemed to help me a bit as well.
