Abs routine with workout at home
I want to know a routine of food with workout for my abs at home.
I'm thin, 61KG 175cm but I heard that I must eat on a specific routine while doing the abs workout to let my muscles appear.
I go to the gym 6 days per week but my month at the gym will end soon and I won't be able to go again for a bit so I'm planning to do abs exercises at home till I go back to the gym. All what I want to know is what to eat besides the exercises to make the muscles appear.
