Started my first detox drink today .....Brewed green tea, mint, and lemon ....let me know if you guys have any other good detox drinks...will be updating on results ! Thanks.

Hey! 

I normally do detox water which varies depending on what result you seek for. I do put mint, cucumber(for hydration), lemon (cleanses the toxins), oranges, kiwis.. Everything I have at that time and leave it for at least 2 hours  but you have to consume in 24 hours. 

I think if you google about it you will find more recipes, in particular for losing weight and etcetera!

Apple cider vinegar.   Lemon juice.  Cinnamon.  Cayenne pepper   Warm water.   Slam that quickly each morning.   Whoa!   Cleans out sinus as well
