I've just had a baby 7 weeks ago . Didn't gain a lot of weight.just started working out again. The problem is that I'm having trouble letting go of the food I used to eat while i was still pregnant,mostly sugar and I hate it.Help please

Amen Im the exact same. I'm still my pre baby weight but I eat to much stuff?!?

I think itz better to mk any changes in ur diet under d guidance of a ur gynecologist and the paediatrician as u wud be feeding the baby
