Replacments for protein powder?

I seriously want to start making breakfast protein smoothies in the morning after my workout, but my family never buys the stuff.

Any ideas?

Buy it yourself! Berries, bananas, bai5 water (it's like juice, but no calories or sugar!) And oikos protein yogurt (15 grams!) Taste great and it's an excellent post workout smoothie

Milk, 3 eggs, frozen berries, banana and non fat Greek yogurt but can do without

Egg whites, milk, small spoon of peanut butter - you can't taste the egg whites unless you add the yolk (Rocky style!). Then add something else to taste This mix will hit your protein/carbs/fats mix

All what's said before + oranges, curd, ginger. You also can add cherry/cherryjuices, pineapple and have an apple or a pear afterwards.

In fact you can use anything with protein, less fat, some carbs, vitamins and minerals.

I recommend peanut butter. Just a spoonful or two works well.
