Yes! I've heard you must always refuel your body after any kind of workout, so it won't be depleted of energy. You could use that window of time to supply your muscles and rebuild.
No! My friends have told me that eating after an ab-focused workout will ruin your progress, and bloat your belly.
I'm not sure whether I should have a PW or not. Where I stand is right now is that I am currently having a post-workout meal after my ab workout, but it isn't as 'large' or calorie dense. My main goal is to build muscle and strength, not lose weight. Please answer if you should have a PW after an Ab workout! :)
