Name things I should definitely not eat what so ever. (Please be specific, not "sugar" or "Refined products")

No refined sugar such as crisps, fizzy drinks, biscuits. Eat goods carbohydrate which is anything pure and unrefined such as whole grain pasta, bread, veg.

Regular soda is about the only thing i completely avoid. I have diet soda sometimes, and cookies or donuts or whatever sometimes, even though i do believe sugar is basically the devil...

But regular soda is something I never feel is worth it. I would rather eat my sugar in ice cream or something delicious I can savor, rather than drink it quickly in levels so concentrated they need to add an ingredient so my body does not vomit it back up immediately.
