Nuts & cacao nibs
Hard boiled egg
Banana
Protein shake
Chopped vegs, usu. cucumber/ carrot
Unsweetened yogurt with chia seeds, cacao nibs, acai powder, pumpkin seeds, frozen blueberries
extra dark chocolate

Peanut butter has some saturated fat (bad fat) in it.
I'll do Greek yogurt with some oats and nuts on top. They have the good fats our body needs. And plenty of protein to build lean muscle.
