Tips on workouts

I need help getting back my stamina. I've switched to lighter workouts during the weekdays and do intense cardio workouts on weekends. I notice on weekends i feel more tired.
I do have low blood pressure and its genetic. According to myfitnesspal, im getting 50-60% iron. I drink about 8-9 glasses of water, I'm generally active. I just want to make sure I don't over do it. Any tips on safe cardio workouts? Thanks.

carbs , proteins , vitamins. After breakfast make sure you warm up a little just so you can give your body a heads-up that you ain't gonna sleep. in time you will see you won't be that tired .I used to be like that because of excessive gym and martial arts training and university. Be sure you get more of those in your diet and don't think about fatigue . Might be a state of mind too. Good luck!
