I need help getting back my stamina. I've switched to lighter workouts during the weekdays and do intense cardio workouts on weekends. I notice on weekends i feel more tired.
I do have low blood pressure and its genetic. According to myfitnesspal, im getting 50-60% iron. I drink about 8-9 glasses of water, I'm generally active. I just want to make sure I don't over do it. Any tips on safe cardio workouts? Thanks.
