Anyone know  any good protein meals. As far as recipes or a website that you can refer me to? If so, it'd be much appreciated. Thank you.

Egg whites are low in fat, high in protein.
Along with tuna, chicken breast/tenderloins, slim milk
Edit: I like to watch athlean-x on YouTube. Jeff is very helpful.

You can also start your day with some Protein Pancakes, most of them are high in carbs high in protein and low in fat. Also a good option is cottage cheese or low fat heavy cream. If you want to consume eggs then go more for the egg white! :) Hope i could help
