Someone that knows how to be more active in the day but not eating food with many calories?

You have to have a balance of both a healthy diet and daily excercise my suggestion would be write down what you eat everyday and look at the amount of calories consumed that way you can figure out what needs to be lowered.

Check out MyFitnessPal, it's an app where you can enter the food consumed throughout the day (as well as excercise). It has all the nutritional facts you can think of. Hope that kind of helps.
