It's been awhile. Hey guys! So I've been eating healthy, still struggling with eating more, but I no longer eat processed meat or junk food. I also don't drink pop or juice still. Recently I have discovered I became amoebic which is not good. I lose my energy rather quickly. I started a few days ago drinking mixes that have a good amount of iron and stuff. What are some of the diets other people are eating? I just need to eat more but make sure not to exclude anything from my diet that I need.
