What is the perfect timing to eat before a workout, cause I feel like I'm out of fuel in the middle ?!!

I need to wait at least an hour, I'll get stomach cramps if I go in any earlier. But everyone is different. Try different things, find your sweet spot

I'd say eat an hr before, or actually whenever, in the middle etc but keep yourself filled with water. It's most likely your body craving hydration, which sometimes comes as hunger. Good luck :)
