Cutting 500 cal a day, equals 3500 cal a week. That's one pound a week. Eat clean. You cut it, you cook it. No processed or pre packaged foods. Cut sugar. If you are working out effectively that will tip your energy balance towards cutting. Lots of water. . . If you choose energy dense foods you'll still be satisfied.
