what would be a good diet to lose a pound a day??

im looking to lose 30 pounds in one month my eating habits are teriable what are some good meals under 1500 cals a day.

That's too much, you need to shoot for a pound a week at most 2 pounds. If you go and try to lose this much that fast. You will not only drive yourself crazy in the process and not to mention gain it back plus some once you start eating like a normal person again. Eat clean train hard is all I can say

Cutting 500 cal a day, equals 3500 cal a week.  That's one pound a week.  Eat clean.  You cut it,  you cook it.  No processed or pre packaged foods.  Cut sugar.  If you are working out effectively that will tip your energy balance towards cutting.  Lots of water. . . If you choose energy dense foods you'll still be satisfied.
