I need help with my nutrition.

Is not that I want to lose a lot of weight and all that but I'm aware of my health conditions as a 19 year old girl and I really want to know what kind of diet should I follow If I want to reduce the levels of sugar in my blood. I don't have the money to go to a nutricionist and the internet searches are confusing so I hope someone could help me. Thanks and God bless!

MY doctor had me use three DASH diet. I don't have diabetes, but those I know who do use the following site. It has some useful techniques for building healthy eating. http:/www.diabetes.org/food-and-fitness/food/planning-meals/ Finally, the US CDC and NIH have nutrition sections that are based on peer-reviewed science.
