What light foods should you eat when after you had excessive vomiting?

I would say crackers, rice, mild broths/ soups.

And always remember to stay hydrated, that's way more important then eating if you're not quite ready to eat yet.

I agree with siljie here. However I do like to spike my insulin levels before I eat when having such problems. That way my body is kind of more ready for storage and hopefully I absorb more micro/macronutrients before I throw up again. Don't quote me on this. There is nothing I can show you to back up this claim, it's something I've done that has sort of worked for me.

Pretty much fruits and vegetables. Yogurths are also good. Also drink lots of water, and take it easy. I hope you'll be all well soon!!
