Just want to know, who else is vegetarian? let me know if you're part of this lifestyle and where are you from.

I am as well. I guess a pesecatarian I still eat fish as well, in moderation. Been living the lifestyle since 1993

I'm a vegetarian as well, but only since the beginning of 2015 actually, so not for too long.

Yo I'm vegetarian bro since 2009 I also eat seafood I luv Japanese food & culture it's been my main source of protein...

I was a vegetarian/ pescatarian  for 6 1/2 years. I would eat healthy meals but my body didn't respond the way I hoped at first, It felt like my body was shutting down . I wasn't getting the proper nutrition and then saw the morning star meals and then made me gain more weight, because of the soy protein . One thing is though if you still are a vegetarian you have to each your level of soy. It can lead to early stages of breast cancer. I stopped and now I eat chicken which is pure protein . I feel healthier now more than ever.

You felt like your body was going down, Really? When I started my vegetarian lifestyle I felt the changes in my body very soon, my energy levels raise, I felt stronger, and also I haven't been sick for about 18 months! If you're vegetarian you have to eat properly, all kind of veggies and fruits. I haven't eat soy in my whole life and I will never eat it because I know that 90% of the world soy is genetically modified and also I don't want the taste of meat in my meals, that's not the point! I hope you...

I have been seriously thinking of becoming vegetarian, especially since many foods now make me sick. I worry though about weight gain since I'm already thin and also if realistically I could afford it. If I did would want to stick to Organic or NonGMO.

Guillermo, yes I felt that way my second - beginning of my fourth year of being a vegetarian. My body wasn't wanting to function , and I had a serious lack of energy even after drinking coffees! I did eat lots of veggies and fruits , nuts and I also ate fish and eggs for protein . I only ate soy because it happened to be in the tofu I used to eat.. A lot.

Yes please help. I became vegetarian 5 years ago still struggling on getting proper nutrients. I take fish oil vitamins n vitamin d but still cant figure out how to have balanced vegetarian diet. It seems like everything is loaded with carbs, sugars, cholestrol...

I have tried the supplement drinks and my body can't digest whey so I switched to plant based supplement drink and all of them have an added sugar substitute can't stand the taste. I tried to make my own drinks. I am unsure of how to proportion greens, protein, fruit, flax seeds etc
