Best diet for growth and fat loss?

For 15 year old teens, what's the best diet for both fat loss (eliminate most of the fat in the body) and bone growth, so reduce the located fat and keep growing to reach the highest you can. I have little fat located on my body and the doctor says I can reach 1.96m but I am still 1.78m and I wanted to get at least +10cm, but I wanted to reach 1.85m (+7cm) during the next year, so I want to follow a strict diet to make me grow and lose fat at the same time. I wake up a 7am, go to sleep at 10pm, dinner usually at 8pm and get back from school at 5pm.
