I would love to know if anyone have tried to go "Natural from head to toe" = working out without any help from supplements or even taking them. Except vitamins for support. Only natural build from eating organic and healthful food, working out and water... As it is

I donot know much about this, but where i live, people base their efforts on sports only. There are supplements but people seldom go for those because culturally speaking, its absent. Results is not that extremely good but for those who keep at it, The results do speak for themselves, just that it seems to take a lot more time than its the case with supplements and others.

Just like the "first era" where supplements are no needed to have a tone/lean/jacked up physique. Good examples for that are workers and slaves
(But that is another story) lol ikr?! Anyway. I am/was curious enough to try this out before I go noodles for all those supplements that is/are available today 'cause I bet dime to donuts there are ppl who overdoing it but still they claim they are healthier than ever.. We know everything "too much" is bad. And that's in general.

Welll , hahahahahaha!!! The comment is really another story, lol, But nothing really to worry about . Actually here in africa/cameroon, we have just little or nothing of all those, so basically speaking, even if u wanted to, unless u go d extramile looking for all those, u wont.
As for my workout I just started 2 weeks ago here. I previously was a good runner n lover of sports, but i was in an accident n went through a hip replacement, so my coming here is to adapt to new practices n make my legs stronger. Thanks for the encouragement. Really helpful vos i been off for past 3 days , lol. But did an exercise just few mins ago.
