Plant-based with everything in moderation
What are some of you alls favorite healthy recipes?
Here I am
Iv been thinking about trying to go plant based for a week or so. Just to try it out and to feel which effects it might have on me.
Can anyone tel me if this is too short? To perhaps notice anything. And how hard is it to get protein in. Because I eat upwards to 220 grams a days at the moment. Will this be hard to maintain plant based?
I try I supplement alot of meat out. And eat less is great too.
