What's your favorite pre and post workout foods?

hummus with cucumber and red peppers before, and I love pasta after workouts. not the best choices but sooooooo good

I don't like to feel to bloated going into a workout so I keep it pretty light on my pre meal. Maybe a protein shake with 2 eggs in it some nuts on the side with a banana. Post meal I will say anything goes as long as it is not fried. Don't get me wrong chicken breast with some greens and sweet potato is a better option. Salmon and greens/ potatoes are usually on my menu tho.
