MyFitnessPal Buddies?

Hey everyone,

I play soccer 3 times a week, and go to the gym regurlary. My biggest struggle is with my eating, and I could really use some assistance in staying honest with that.

I use the MyFitnessPal app to track my meals, but im not consistent. Anyone want to join me in tracking meals and eating better? Eating is 70% of the body building process.

Most of us always have that problem at one time just keep eating less consistently
