Does any on know any really good and helpful diets that can help lose 40-50 pounds in a month?
I really want to get slimmer by late February

Yep. It's called not freaking eating. But don't do that. Because once you start eating normal again guess what will happen? Yup you'll gain it back and possibly even a little more come march. You want to lost 2.5 - 5 lbs max a week. And also something to consider if you are really overweight tread with cation. A lot of health concerns dropping weight too quickly as well as unavoidable loose skin. Do your research, learn about calorie maintenance levels and do some damn weight training and cardio.
