I always want to know the best way to eat while doing a fitness program. Any recomendations to what to eat before exercise if any.

Depend on goals really if weight loss and some muscle you need to eat veggies fruit lean protein and while grains. If its a huge workout they say a portion of carbs and protein afterwards is needed. Everyone's body is different but the mechanism os same. You'll eventually find your groove!
