Hey i work part time as a waitress. I am always walking running back and forth carrying heavy trays but i have gained weight since i started working there and i believe that its do to eating the unhealthy food.
What are the best types of food to kick start a metabolism?
Im not too worried about calorie intake because the place i work at has great nutritional info and ive begun to eat the less caloric foods.
Making sure you eat lots of fruits veggies and lean proteins would be first. You need breads but its better to have while grains instead of white. Sometimes we underestimate how much we are eating... I've done this allot! Good kick on your journey!
