Healthy snacks for a picky eater

Hi. I am longer eating sweets or junk food and eliminated sugary drinks from my diet as well. That's great for me but now I have nothing to snack on.

The only healthy snacks I like are granola bars and wheat cookies. I'm allergic to nuts (which are most of the suggestions online) and prefer on-the-go foods rather than yogurts and any thing else that requires a spoon.

Any suggestions? Please and thank you.

Fruits, fruitbars (larabar seems closest to natural stuff).

If you like veggies you could precut and pack in Ziploc veggies for on the go. They have pudding snack packs that are low calorie and don't requireb refrigeration. I've been having troubles to though lol. I like the junk food better!

I eat dates and prunes when I crave sweets....also read dark chocolate (70%+ cacao ) is good too.  Too bad you don't like yogurt.....I sometimes pack plain non-fat Greek yogurt and add protein powder and honey for natural sweetness for post workout snack. It's a high protein snack!!
