Hi. I am longer eating sweets or junk food and eliminated sugary drinks from my diet as well. That's great for me but now I have nothing to snack on.
The only healthy snacks I like are granola bars and wheat cookies. I'm allergic to nuts (which are most of the suggestions online) and prefer on-the-go foods rather than yogurts and any thing else that requires a spoon.
Any suggestions? Please and thank you.
