What is best morning breakfast food for weight gainer and muscle builder.? And what should be avoided..? Please help..

Love breakfeast. I'm doing body beast, so I'm going to throw you a beast breakfeast. "Monster Oatmeal" : 2 1/4 cups water, 1 punch sea salt, 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, (1 scoop chocolate what protein- my preference as I don't have the beast base shake they have for the ingredient), 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. Slivered almonds, 1 Tbsp. Dried cranberries. 480 cal. 11g fat, 2g sat fat, 35mg cholest, 331mg sodium, 68g carb, 10g fiber, 10g sugar, 31g sugar..... this is a beast breakfeast. A filler, a holy crap I gotta eat...

No sea salt, I use no salt - sodium-free salt. The stuff diabetics us. Stay away from sugar. You don't want soft big muscles do you? Rock hard huge muscles! Stevia is perfect! My cousin is a female body builder/trainer/ nutritionist. That's the ticket for sweet flavor. Eat clean, lots of carbs! Not clean is like big macks all day. Makes you fat faster than you can bulk.
