Healthy food are expensive, that's why we keep fat and out of diet

It's easy to start off eating foods with a limit! You can eat the same foods you eat now, along with some fruits and veggies everyday to make sure you're getting the right intake of nutrients, and you don't need to go straight to buying everything healthy! Just make sure you eat the suggested portions of the foods you eat and balance that out with exercise and eating proteinĀ

You don't have to buy expensive "health food"

Fresh vegetables. Find what's in season and cheaper. Like in a stir fry, Cabbage and onions make a good base for volume then you can color things up with fewer peppers and carrots and various others.
