Hey guys I need a four week diet plan done up for me... I wanna bulk as much as possible!!! Your help is needed!!!

I agree. But you could always come up with a diet plan of your own and add whatever you want to it. Starting with the basics such as, chicken, turkey, eggs, bananas, meat (pork, lamb, ostrich, beef etc). Little snacks like chia seeds, protein bars, protein oats, protein pancakes, anything to help you stay on top of your workouts and nutrition. Just have to research on what foods are good and what aren't because you never know what you're eating might not be good for you. Hope this helped :)
