I love doing the 1000 calorie diet. As many diets that I've tried, the 1000 calorie diet has been the most successful for me. But in doing the 1000 diet, I know I don't get all the nutrients that I should have on a daily basis. However, on the other hand, I do get great results. Does anyone know how I can get all I need (per day) and keep it to 1000 calories a day?
No one knows because it's impossible. Since in my opinion 1000 kcal are to les calories. Even for woman. Except when you are really petite and 55kg or so. But then dieting isn't what you need to begin with.
But if I have to give a tip. Eat enough protein, and alot of vegetables. And don't be scared of fat ;)
