I do like to eat healthy but Im always on the go. I like my fruit and veggies but I dont get enough daily. What can I eat just to maintain my health and physique?
If you have a Jamba Juice near you, I'd go there and try different drinks. If not, get a blender if you don't already have one and make drinks out of vegetables and fruit.
I'm not a huge vegetable fan, but surprisingly this has worked wonders for my weight loss.
Try and do a meal prep on a down day and do meals that are okay served cold then you can eat them when ever and you will have easy access to meals taking away the drive to just get fast food.
