Can you do detox diets while you are weight training? If so does anyone have any recommendations on any safe detox diets that u can do if you are weight training? And how long is it safe to do a detox? 2 to 3 days?
I would look into the specific directions associated with your particular detox, but generally speaking, detoxes usually involve some kind of fasting, which doesn't really go well with strenuous physical activity. Light exercise might be fine, but probably not lifting heavy.
I'm not a big believer in detox diets. What are you planning to detox?
