Detox diets and weight training

Can you do detox diets while you are weight training? If so does anyone have any recommendations on any safe detox diets that u can do if you are weight training? And how long is it safe to do a detox? 2 to 3 days?

I would look into the specific directions associated with your particular detox, but generally speaking, detoxes usually involve some kind of fasting, which doesn't really go well with strenuous physical activity. Light exercise might be fine, but probably not lifting heavy.

I'm not a big believer in detox diets. What are you planning to detox?

Dear ...
For me detox can't cover target muscle gain as vegetables protein have low absorption rate .

Detoxing is fine depending on what the detox is.  You don’t want to take something that is going to spike your insulin, because that will defeat some of the purpose.   I’ve done 2 and 3 day fasts and have still lifted heavy, player ball, and there has been no lack in energy.  Look into intermittent fasting and you will learn all about the benefits.  It’s not for everyone, but it will at least explain it.  You tube has a lot of videos on it too.  ;)
