When is it time to cut ?

I need some indicators when it's time to cut. I have a decent amount of muscle on me, and a decent amount of fat. My BF is about 17-18℅ (i'm a woman) .

Abs are made in the kitchen you have to eat healthy and keep working out your sleep is very important eat 6 times a day small portions

If you truely are 17% bf as female you are really lean. And I don't think you should have to cut. Building some muscle on a slight bulk sounds better for your situation.

It's time to cut whenever you feel like you want to cut. Lol. Depends on what your goal is. Do you want abs? Do you want strength? Do you want muscle? Do you want definition? What's your goal?
