What are your on the go meal/snack ideas when you don't have access to a fridge?

I'm a yoga teacher, a nanny and I manage a massage studio. I'm constantly running around and keep finding myself starving at the end of the day or eating out, which is expensive. I don't eat big meals because I have hypothyroidism and my digestion is slow, so snacking all day is fine as long as it's well rounded. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. No red meat, gluten or dairy other than kefir.
