Weight loss diet?

Okay so I know everyone is different and everyone does different diets BUT in your own personal opinion, what diet works Best for you or in general for weight loss?

No fad diets or quick fixes. Get your daily macronutrients (carbs, proteins, and healthy fats). But, you have to be in caloric deficit to lose weight. Simple math, count your calories in/out. Also, eat foods that satiate and make you feel full longer to eat less. Protein rich lean sources of meat as well as high fiber foods (black beans, lentils, etc.)

i dont have a weight problems in general, but i think the best diet for me is buckwheat and chicken.

I did the high fat low carb/ keto diet for 3 or 4 months. Lost weight but I was not reaping the other benefits of the plan. Started weight watchers again in December and am losing weigjt each week. I'm happy to be able to eat fruit and real bread but I'm still feeling a bit deprived and hungry a lot. Finding filling foods and meals is still an exploration for me.

Not everyone is different. We are all the same at the most important issues. Men and woman are different. But we all have to follow the thermodynamic laws of physics.

So energy in versus energy out. You have to be in a energy deficit to lose weight.

How you do this. Is up to you. As long as you are in a energy deficit one diet isn't really that superior to others. As long as your are consument enough macro and micro nutrients ofcourse.
