I just read an article. It says that exercising with an empty stomach is really bad because the body starts to burn muscular tissue.
I heard a lot of different things now. Can someone tell me the truth please?

The article is probably correct. I've read the same kinds of things, and the only contradictions I've heard were based on pseudo-science. So I tend to believe what that article was saying. It's worth reading more about this.

It doesn't really burn muscle. Since you will eat afterwards. It's alot more about total intake of energy. And what you do with resistance training and your protein intake.

But it's not very effective for your exsersise either. Alot of people do it with the idea that the body will use more fat as energy source. But this won't happen. Not really. What it will do is make you have less energy for hard work outs. Thus making work out less effective. But do what you like. If you like fasted exsersise and it makes you eat less over a day in your cut. Go for it.

I can't do that haha, I know some people do but for me personally I get so dizzy if I exercise with nothing in my stomach!

Yeah you can workout with empty stomach perfectly and no muscle loss is gonna happen as such.. its just a bodybuilding hype to take a good meal amd never workout with empty stomach..
Many of the great atheletes start their day with training after bed..
Other than that it will help you to lose some extra fat..
Jo do it...!!

No it won't make you lose extra fat. This is just not true.
